2019 Goals | June Recap and July Goals

Although I’m trying to be thematic with my monthly goals, July is going to be a little all over the place. Here’s what my goals were in June and how I did.

Blog as many times as I can for the month.
I tend to start off pretty strong and peter out in the middle of the month. Let’s see how it goes in June.
I didn’t blog a ton on June, but I do feel I blogged as much as I could. Let’s give this goal a rest in July and just try to do my best.

10,000 steps 4 times per week
I used to walk all the time, but have fallen out of the habit. I like that I can use a pedometer to keep myself accountable.
Towards the end of the month is when this goal really came into fruition, but I was more mindful of it bc it was a goal I had in place. In July, I want to see if this goal has turned into a habit.

Beach or swim 3 times per week.
Something I have really been wanting to do, but have had a block about. Since we live by the beach and have access to it, I want to use it bc I know it makes a difference in my life.
Well, I only went to the beach or swam three times for the entire month of June, but that’s better than nothing!

Eat well and vegan 1 day per week.
I want to improve my health and food sustainability and being mindful about what I eat is a great start!
I feel like I did eat better, but never really ate vegan for whole days at a time. I’d like to carry this goal over,.

Make 1 youtube video
I want to continue this goal, it’s something I really want to incorporate in my life.
Should I keep going with this goal?? Will I realistically have time for it in July? I think I have to put this one back on the back burner and it it happens to happen, great. But I’n not going to stress about it in July.

On to July!

2 days for social media clean out
I have to admit I started this in June, but I want to keep going and spend two days cleaning out my social media and paring down.

Eat cleaner and vegan 3 day per week.
I want to improve my health and food sustainability and being mindful about what I eat is a great start!

4 days for email clean out
I want to put aside one day each week or there abouts to clean up my email which is getting out of hand again.

Beach or swim 12 times this month.
Something I have really been wanting to do, but have had a block about. Since we live by the beach and have access to it, I want to use it bc I know it makes a difference in my life.

31 days of Plastic Free July
as of writing this, I’m on day 6.

I’m keeping my goals modest this month, as I know there will be a lot going on. What are your plans and goals for July?
